5 chickens, 40 (!) buns, and $1500, but you've got 4:20... plenty of time.
You start with $190, so buy a second chicken right off. Send any invading pandas off to market to earn some extra income. While the truck travels, gather eggs and make egg powder and buns. As soon as possible, buy all the way up to 5 or even 6 chickens -- with all those egg-layers, you'll start making good money.
Once you've earned $1500, use that money to upgrade both factories the last step, to speed up your bun production.

For some reason, this level was harder than average for me; had to come back replay it several times. Finally just bought tons of chickens and beat it in 3:48. :-)
