First, let's get the cash goal out of the way -- immediately send 4 chickens to market, earning $200 on top of your level-start of $2500.
Now that we've met that, buy your Powdered Egg Factory and Bakery. Upgrade as much as possible with the money you've got, concentrating on the Powdered Egg Factory before the Bakery. Start processing eggs, selling off buns, spare egg powder, and pandas; use the money to upgrade your Bakery all the way.
Don't forget to send your plane out to pick up that sugar. If you do so fairly early in the level, you won't need to worry about it at the end.

Worked really well for me thank you. I'd recommend to upgrade the well, because the refill will become cheaper and I think faster as well
