Oh my. 300 cakes, 200 packaged meat, 100 cheese, and 50 dresses? At least you have 45:00 to finish!
Sell bears to start, making enough money to buy chickens.
Buy a few chickens, and then buy the Powdered Egg Factory. Sell bears and eggs until you can afford the Bakery, and then the Confectionery.
Upgrade your warehouse so you have enough room for plenty of bears -- they are the biggest money makers in the first few minutes. Upgrade your truck as well.
You should be able to afford your first pig by 15:00. Start collecting ham.
When your total eggs, powdered egg, and cakes on hand is enough to get you to 300 buns, sell off your chickens. Now it's time to concentrate on pigs and meat.
Build the Meat Cutter, Smokehouse, and Meat Packing Plant, and start making packaged meat. Upgrade the factories as much as possible. (You'll still be selling cakes.)
Concentrate on upgrading all meat-related factories as much as possible, and have 10 pigs on hand so you always have 5 hams being processed. Once you get all that, save $10,000 and buy your first cow.
Follow the same process for your dairy products -- build the Separator, then Butter Mill, then Cheese Factory. Buy 8 to 10 cows. Unlike the chickens and pigs, however, only upgrade each factory 3 times.
Start saving your money until you have $70,000, and buy an ostrich. Then buy the Fan Factory, Hat Studio, and Atelier. The dresses sell for so much that once you are selling them, you will easily be able to upgrade the dairy factories and buy additional ostriches.
Completing the level in less than 40 minutes is very possible. Just make sure you set aside time when you won't be disturbed.

Another multi-product level -- 10 dresses, 10 cheese, 10 packaged meat, and 10 cake in 7:40. (This is very much like Costume Street 6, but with eggs as well.)
Start processing ham, milk, or feathers as soon as you get them. Just hold onto the eggs.
When you have gotten 10 eggs, sell the chicken; 10 ham, sell the pig; 10 milk, sell the cow; 10 feathers, sell the ostrich. Using that money, build the final factories (Cheese Factory, Meat Packing Plant, and Atelier) as well as all egg-related factories.
Make those final products, and you'll finish. Upgrade the factories whenever possible, which is affordable thanks to the many $60,000 dresses you're making.

In 5:45, collect 10 dresses, 5 cheese, and 5 packaged meat.
Start by buying 1 ostrich, 2 cows, and 2 pigs.
You can't make the final product in each line without destroying your first step factory (for example, the Cheese Factory will demolish the Separator). So you can't build the final factories until you have at least 5 steaks, 5 sour cream, and 10 fans.
Sell a few extra bears, hams, or milk, and you will get $4,000 to build the Meat Packing Plant. Start making packaged meat.
Selling the packaged meat, extra butter, and 2 pigs, you will get $15,000 to build the Cheese Factory.
Selling cheese and your 2 cows, you will get $30,000 to build the Atelier. This ends up being just about the same time your ostrich finishes dropping 10 feathers, around 3:30.
After building the Atelier, start making dresses. Sell the ostrich and upgrade the Atelier once. After selling your first dress, upgrade again. Continue upgrading every time you can afford it.
Quick upgrading lets me finish in 4:42.

Gold Time: Costume Street 5
You have 6:40 to collect 20 dresses, 5 cakes, 1 packaged meat and 1 cheese.
Your first priority is dresses, since they will take the longest to process. Once you have 1 milk and 1 ham, sell the cow and pig. When you get 5 eggs, sell the chicken. Just hold on to the egg, milk, and ham for now.
Start making feathers into fans, then feathered hats, then dresses. Dresses sell for $60,000, so that is when you'll start having plenty of cash.
Use your first dress to buy the Meat Cutter, and make 1 steak. When it's finished processing, buy the Powdered Egg Factory. Buy the Smokehouse, and make 1 spicy bacon. When it's finished processing, buy the Bakery. Buy the Meat Packing Plant, and make 1 packaged meat. When it's finished processing buy the Confectionery. Make 5 cakes at your leisure.
Meanwhile, use the income from selling dresses to buy additional ostriches. You want to send as many feathers through processing in 1 batch as you can.
When you have made 20 fans, you can buy the Separator. Make the milk into sour cream. When you have made 20 feathered hats, buy the Butter Mill and make 1 butter. When you have made 20 dresses, buy the Cheese Factory and make 1 cheese.
And you're done! My record: 4:33.
