Collect 1 dress in 5:45.
Start by selling off 1 cow, then fully upgrading your warehouse.
You won't need to buy the Cheese Factory; simply sell butter (and bears) until you reach $70,000.
Buy an ostrich, and send the plane for a hat and dress material.
Sell off your remaining 4 cows, and buy the Fan Factory.
Once you get a feather, process it through until you have 1 dress, and you're done. My best time: 4:10

Cage all bears and sell them with butters
Meanwhile also upgrade truck to max.
When you have 30,000 sell 4 cows (20,000) (and make sure you have at least 4 butters to reach 70,000
Buy ostrich
As soon as you have 1 feather, sell ostrich.
When truck returns buy fan factory (with a bit of luck you'll even have enough money to buy first upgrade thanks to extra butter)
Make dress as quickly as you can.

This works overall - but the math on the middle step is in error. 4 cows bring $20k, but 4 butters only bring *$10k* ... so wait until you hit $40k (not $30k), and have 4 butter in the pipeline, before selling cows.
