Sell off bear(s) to make money for trays and upgrading your warehouse. Start processing ham and milk.
Once you get 10 packaged meat, sell off your pigs and concentrate on dairy products. Buy additional cows to meet your 20 butter goal more quickly, and upgrade your Butter Mill when possible.

I did it easily in 3:49 by selling off two pigs immediately and upgrading my storage to the max. Otherwise it's hard to pick up the finished goods.
