Sell all the pigs. (They're just a distraction.) Upgrade truck and warehouse once each.
Buy a cow.
Buy the Separator. Turn 1 milk into 1 sour cream.
While it's processing, sell the cow.
When the sour cream is finished, buy the Butter Mill and upgrade it twice.
Perfect timing (to finish in 0:51) depends on when your cow randomly creates milk; if that's before 0:20, you'll get Best Time, too.
