Sell off all your chickens.
Upgrade the warehouse twice, and truck once. Sell off pork products of various levels, as well as 1 or 2 pigs each trip. You will be at $10,000 before you know it -- my Best Time is 1:51.

I recently went back to play Farm Frenzy 2, and tried to beat my old best times. This one I can't, though - my old time was 1:36, and I can't get close...
