$5000 and 10 spicy bacon in 3:20.
Start off by processing your hams into steaks. Sell all but 1 steak; process the last steak into spicy bacon. Each time your truck returns from market, sell your spicy bacon and all but 1 steak.
Once you reach $5000, upgrade the Smokehouse so it will finish more quickly. (Upgrade your warehouse before that, or you won't have enough room to make fast money!)
