Your goal is to collect 10 packaged meat in 5:30.

Once you have picked up 6 hams, send them to market. Use the proceeds to buy the Meat Cutter. Start making steak. Send additional hams off to market.

When the truck returns, send a steak and all hams off to market. (Send your plane to buy 5 trays at the same time.) This should bring your total over $2000, enough to pay for a Smokehouse. Build it, and start making smoky bacon.

At that point, it's simply a matter of processing meat into other forms of meat. Your Meat Packing Plant is already built. Sell packaged meat, as well as any surplus ham, each time the truck returns from market.

For quickest results, use proceeds to upgrade your factories to be quicker and more productive.
