While the time limit is short, this is actually an extremely easy level. You already have chickens and a pig, so build your 3 egg-related factories, start processing an egg and a ham, and you'll finish just fine.

Don't forget to send your plane off early to buy the sugar.

For a Best Time (mine is 1:06), upgrade your Confectionary twice. You'll get enough money for that my selling off your chickens and pig, plus any extra produce they create.
