Buy 4 pigs to start. Send your plane out to buy some trays. You should be sending at least two hams to the Meat Cutter every time to keep up a good rate; process the meat all the way to Packaged Meat and sell at market. Upgrade your warehouse and sell excess steaks or spicy bacon as needed. You should meet both goals at about the same time. (Don't upgrade the Smokehouse, this will keep you from reaching the money goal as quickly.)
