14 packaged meat and $5000.

First, sell off some of those chickens! Upgrade the warehouse and truck immediately, then sell 15 chickens.

Truck returns from market, and you have $1250 total. Buy 1 pig. Get yourself some sugar and trays, and begin making the highest-level products. Spend money on upgrading your warehouse again, and on a second pig, but other than that save up until you reach $5000.

Once you've met that goal, start upgrading your Meat Packing Plant so it can process more quickly. Buy another pig as soon as possible, too. You should be able to finish at least a minute before the 6:00 limit.
