- You start off with 5 pigs and no money; sell 4 immediately, to get $2000.
- As soon as the truck is back, buy 6 chickens. Build your Confectionary and upgrade it to Level 2.
- Send your pig and the ham off to market for another $700. Send your plane to buy 10 bags of sugar.
- As you get money, upgrade each building as much as you can. Keep them roughly similar in level.
- Upgrade your warehouse, you'll need room for sugar and product (and the occasional bear). Sell off cakes as you bake them.

I did it slightly different, and my best time so far is 3:06. Sold off 5 pigs immediately. When truck returned I bought 5 chickens, confectionery machine, 5 bags of sugar. Sold off bears & meat. Upgraded warehouse (twice), truck (only til 2nd last upgrade). Everytime the truck came back I would sell off any bears captured, including pancakes & meat... I found this got my money stacked up high really quickly and allowed me to upgrade all buildings very quickly.
