1 pig... or, to put it another way, $1000 -- in two minutes!
As soon as the level starts, sell off 10 chickens, to earn $500. Trap any falling pandas and stash them in your warehouse. When the truck returns, send it to market with 1 panda and the last 5 chickens ($310). Two more truckloads of pandas ($120 each trip) will bring you over $1000, and let you buy that pig in record time.
