Wow, 30 eggs and 20 buns! 3:40...
Start by buying 3 chickens and a Powdered Egg Factory, then upgrade your Powdered Egg Factory to Level 2. Make buns and sell them, eventually earning enough to upgrade your Powdered Egg Factory to Level 3. At this point the factories are able to process eggs quickly enough to let you reach the buns goal with no trouble, so use your income from bun sales to buy chickens until you have 6 -- with that many, they lay enough eggs so you'll get 30 with no trouble.
You should also be able to easily get a Best Time with this strategy!
