16 buns and $800? No worries, you've got 3:10 to accomplish this.

Start off by buying 2 chickens. As they lay eggs, make egg powder and then buns. Sell any pandas or buns you get until you reach the $800 goal.

At that point, buy 2 more chickens, and upgrade the Powdered Egg Factory and Bakery each 1 more level. (Keep selling pandas or buns if you need more cash!)

As long as you don't buy too much with your initial $700, you'll meet your goal with ease and be ready to move on.
