Use that money to upgrade the warehouse twice. You'll need the space.

Process meat and sell packaged meat and milk until you have $10,000.

Buy the Separator. Keep selling off meat, then sell off your pigs. Keep selling milk.

When you reach $12,500 buy the Butter Mill.

When you reach $15,000 buy the Cheese Factory.

Once you have all the factories, sell cheese and continue upgrading the factories to produce more products more quickly.
