Start off by selling your chickens and pigs, they aren't big money-makers.

As the ostrich makes feathers, sell them for $7000 each.

Buy the Separator, Butter Mill, and Cheese Factory when you can afford it. Sell cheese and feathers and bears for a while.

Once you reach $65,000 or more, sell off your ostrich. Now you've met the $100,000 goal and can concentrate on butter!

Upgrade the Separator and Butter Mill as much as you can afford, buy a couple more cows, and make butter until the cows come home -- around 6:19 Best Time.
