You start with $10,000, so buy your first cow right away.
Send off the marauding bear to earn money for well water and vinegar.
When the truck returns, upgrade your warehouse once, then sell more bears.
Start selling cheese once you get it. When you reach another $10,000, buy a second cow.
At this point, start upgrading your factories so they work faster.

I upgraded my warehouse and truck all the way once I had the second cow and had started making and selling cheese. Then I upgraded the factories. I got it in 6:09.
