5 sour cream, 2 butter (made from sour cream), and 2 cows in 5:10.

You start off with $1000; upgrade your warehouse once. Milk and dairy products take up a lot of space.

Process milk to sour cream and sell at market (along with any bears). Earn $10,500 to buy your second cow.

Now, make 2 sour cream. When you have 2 additional milk (or sour cream), sell 2 sour cream and your 2 cows at market for $13,000 -- enough to buy the Butter Mill. Once it's built, make your 2 butter, and you're done. (My best time, just 4:03.)
