Buy the meat factories, and upgrade each one to Level 2. Start processing meat as soon as you have 2 hams, all the way through to packaged meat.
When you have processed 5 or 6 steaks, buy the Powdered Egg factory and upgrade it to Level 5. Process 5 eggs into powdered egg.
When you have processed 5 or 6 spicy bacon, buy the Bakery and upgrade it to Level 5. Process 5 powdered egg into buns.
When you have processed 5 or 6 packaged meat, buy the Confectionery and upgrade it to Level 5. Process 5 buns into cakes.
My best time is 1:58, can you beat it?

Bears will drop... when you have 3 packaged meat, send truck to market with packaged meat and bears.
When you have 5 packaged meat, wait until truck returns, buy the Confectionary and upgrade to level 5. Process the buns into cakes.
