Start off by selling your 1 cow. Milk is a good money-maker, but we need pigs!
Buy 1 pig with your starting cash.
When the truck returns from market, buy 4 more pigs. Upgrade your truck, warehouse and well once each.
Start churning out the pork products and sending them to market! Buy a couple more pigs and upgrade your factories, and 40 is an easy goal to meet.
