Buy 2 pigs, and send your cow to market. Send the plane off to buy 2 trays.

When your truck returns, buy the Meat Packing Plant.

While all that's going on, pick up hams and turn them into steaks, then spicy bacon, then packaged meat. You should be able to get Best Time easily -- mine is 1:22.
